Our trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so we play rain or shine — no rain plan needed. Party day goes ahead in comfort whether it’s a downpour or 100°F outside. For how we handle genuine severe weather, see our Rain & Weather Policy.

Plans change — we get it. The short version: the most you can ever lose is the $150 deposit, and even that comes back to you as a credit good for a full year.

Rescheduling (subject to availability)

• 7+ days before your event — reschedule for free. Everything you’ve paid, and your price, moves to the new date.
• Within 7 days — we’ll do our best to move you if the date’s open, and everything you’ve paid rolls over as a credit toward the new date. If we can’t find a date and you cancel, the terms below apply.

Cancelling

• 14+ days before — we refund everything you’ve paid, minus a $50 processing fee.
• Within 14 days — we keep the $150 deposit as a credit good for 12 months and refund everything else. You never lose more than that $150 — and it’s a credit, not money gone.

No-shows — if no one’s at the address and we can’t reach you at your start time, it’s treated as a within-14-days cancellation (the $150 becomes a 12-month credit, the rest is refunded). We’ll wait and try to reach you first.

To cancel or reschedule, just call, text, or email us as early as you can.

If we cancel

Rarely, we may have to cancel or reschedule — for things like equipment failure, staffing, unsafe or inaccessible conditions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens and we can’t agree on a new date, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, including your deposit. That refund is our only obligation and your sole remedy — we can’t cover other costs you may have taken on (venue, food, decorations, other vendors).

About a driveway or curb space roughly 60 ft long and 12 ft wide, on a level surface. We’re fully self-powered by our own quiet generator — no need to plug into your home. A parking spot on the street works great too.

Almost always, yes — our driver can handle most driveways and streets. The only real obstacles are a very steep hill or an extremely tight, blocked spot. If your driveway won’t work, we’ll set up on the street or divert to a nearby park, church, or parking lot. When in doubt, send us a quick photo of your spot and we’ll confirm before your date.

Up to ~24 kids play at once across our indoor and outdoor screens, with the coach rotating everyone in so no one waits long. For bigger groups (30+), the 4-hour block maximizes rotation — just tell us your headcount and we’ll size it right.

We have games for kids as young as 4, all the way up through the teens. We tailor the lineup to your crowd — gentle, colorful titles for the littlest players and competitive or sports games for older kids. We host teens and adults too; just let us know who’s playing.

Weekends fill fast — we recommend booking 2–4 weeks out to get your first-choice date and time. Got a last-minute party? Reach out anyway; we’ll always check for openings.

Definitely — that’s exactly what your game coach is for. They set everything up, get every kid into a game, run the tournaments, and keep the energy high from the first minute to the last. Nobody stands around confused, and you don’t have to lift a finger.

Yes. Tell us your comfort level when you book and your coach will keep anything you’re not comfortable with off the screens. We default to family-friendly, age-appropriate titles, and any mature-rated game is only available with a parent’s on-site okay.

You can — there’s a spot to request titles when you book, and your coach takes requests at the party too. We bring our full game library to every event, so chances are your kid’s favorite is already on board. The lists on our site are just a sample.

It’s included — no upcharge, unlike some competitors. Every package comes with our outdoor gaming setup alongside the indoor screens (weather permitting), so kids can spread out and rotate through more stations.

We arrive about 30 minutes early to set up and test everything, so the trailer is open and ready right at your start time. Handy tip: tell guests the party begins a little before we roll up — that way they’ve eaten first and everyone gets to see the trailer make its grand entrance.

Absolutely. Beyond birthdays we do school events, church functions, corporate parties, and neighborhood block parties. We’re also great for fundraisers — we can run tournament-style competition or open play to raise money for a large group. Tell us your date and group size and we’ll build a package that fits.

Everything in the matching standard party, plus a half-sheet birthday cake, 24 themed goodie bags, a backdrop, tableware and candles. The 3-hour package adds unlimited popcorn and sno-cones; the 4-hour package adds a GellyBall or Laser Tag arena.

After your deposit, we email a private link. It takes about two minutes: character, cake flavor, icing, message on the cake, and any allergies.

Yes — in packs of 12 for $60, from the same link or by calling us.

Online until 7 days before the party. After that, call us; changes must be made at least 72 hours before the event.
